We request that you arrive early for your appointment. In order for us to uphold our professional standards of being on time we regret that we cannot give you additional time if you arrive late for your appointment. If for any reason we have a late starting for your appointment you will receive the full scheduled time.
Our time together is important, unless there is an emergency, it is requested that you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance. A Credit Card or Gift Certificate number is required for all packages and/or multiple services as well as single appointments booked during peak holiday hours. If you fail to cancel your appointment within the 24 hours requested, your credit card or gift certificate will be charged 50% of the price of your services scheduled.
We do not accept returns for gift cards or gift items. All sales are final except on Murad Skin Care items.
Murad Skin Care products are exchangeable for other goods or services, sorry no cash back.
All gift card sales are final, sorry no cash refunds or exchanges.
Gift Card Redemption Policies
Now that a very thoughtful person has given you the gift to visit us let us tell you a little about being a guest.
When you call to schedule your appointment please note that our peak times are 8:30 to 11:00 am then 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. and it may be a small wait to get the exact time that you really want. We work very hard to accommodate all requests.
We do ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. We require a brief but very important health history from all of our guests. The more information you give us the better your treatment will be. Unfortunately if you arrive late we still require the same process, just your treatment will have to be shortened to end at the allocated time. If we are late (for some strange reason) you will still be given your entire treatment time.
Here is the most important part! Relax and enjoy your session! If there is anything during your treatment we can do to make it more comfortable let us know. If the room is too hot, too cold, you don’t like the music and most of all if the treatment is too light or too deep. This is your time, you won’t hurt our feelings, please let us know.
After some massages deep tissue, cupping etc… you may notice some soreness, this is very normal, but as always feel free to call your therapist if you have any questions. Drinking water and extra sleep usually do the trick. Add a little heat or ice on the affected area, light stretching and using a muscle rub (like BIOFREEZE) also help.
We do request that you give us at least 24 hours notice to cancel. Not doing so will result in 50% of your services being deducted from your gift certificate. Life happens, heck we have kids too so there are exceptions from time to time.
We do not accept coupons with Gift Cards. You may not use balance on gift cards as gratuity.
